CBS (CZ) (Cyclohexyl Benzothiazole Sulfenamide) (Powder & Granules)

It is a gray-white powder or granule with a faint odor. Its density is 1.31–1.34. It is soluble in toluene, chloroform, benzene, CS₂, CH₂Cl₂, acetone, and ethyl acetate. It is insoluble in water, gasoline, and low-concentration acids and alkalis. It is a medium-speed accelerator with a delayed effect. It is suitable for all types of polymers. When used at normal processing temperatures, it is highly effective and safe, providing good flame resistance. The vulcanized product exhibits excellent physical properties and cures rapidly. It provides a fast cure rate and good modulus development in various general-purpose polymers. Its effectiveness is enhanced when used with TMTD, DPG, and TMTM.
