Chemosil NL 411
Teklif AlınThese are industrial adhesives for rubber and silicone rubber. They are used to bond the products to be applied both to each other and to different surfaces. To apply them to different surfaces, a primer must first be applied, followed by the most suitable adhesive type based on the type of rubber being used. For best results, application should be performed at high temperatures using strong presses.

• Chemosil 211: This is a primer that must be applied before the topcoat adhesive to bond the rubber to different surfaces. It is heat-activated.
• Chemosil NL 222: An industrial product that ensures rubber adheres to itself during vulcanization and, when used with a primer, allows it to adhere to surfaces such as metal and plastic. It is generally preferred for easy-to-process rubbers such as NR and SBR.
• Chemosil NL 411: A versatile adhesive that can be used as a coating material on a primer or as a single-coat adhesive to bond various elastomer compounds to metal and plastic surfaces during vulcanization. It is generally preferred for harder-to-process, high-strength rubbers such as NBR and EPDM.
• Chemosil 511: A single-coat adhesive used to bond silicone rubber to metal and various other surfaces during the vulcanization process. It ensures that silicone rubber adheres to itself and to different surfaces and does not require a primer.
