DTDM (Dithio-Dimorpholine)

It is a white crystalline powder in granular form. It is soluble in benzene, partially soluble in acetone and gasoline, and insoluble in alcohol, diethyl ether, and water. It decomposes in acidic or alkaline environments. It is stable at room temperature and non-toxic. It serves as a compatibilizer for efficient and semi-efficient vulcanization curing systems. It provides heat, recycling, and aging resistance in natural and synthetic rubber and does not leave stains. When used alone, it results in slower curing rates. When used with other accelerators, it provides high curing rates.
