IPPD 4010 (Isopropyl Phenyl Phenylene Diamine)

It is in granular form and dark brown in color. Its relative density is 1.140, and its melting point is 70–80.5°C. It is soluble in oil, benzene, acetone, and ethanol; sparingly soluble in benzene; and insoluble in water. It can be used in all types of rubber, including pneumatic tire components, solid tires, belts, hoses, cables, automotive assemblies, and general mechanical products. It possesses strong anti-ozone and antioxidant properties. It provides high resistance to heat, fatigue, and flexing in rubber polymers, thereby enhancing polymer durability.
