SILICA (SiO₂)

It comes in white powder or granular form. Naturally occurring and chemically known as silicon dioxide (SiO₂), it is a high-performance compound widely used in industrial applications. This product prevents delamination and cracking by eliminating internal stress, thereby increasing the strength of rubber products. It is also used as a filler. It is insoluble in water and acids but soluble in caustic soda and hydrofluoric acid.
